Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Amazify Pro (the "Service", "we", "us"), a Windows desktop AI video-automation suite that turns Amazon keywords into published affiliate videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels. Amazify Pro is operated by Growthency, contactable at support@amazifypro.org. By installing, activating, or using Amazify Pro, or by creating an account on amazifypro.org, you agree to these Terms. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record; by purchasing you also accept Paddle's checkout terms presented at the point of sale. All prices are listed in USD.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use Amazify Pro. Website accounts on amazifypro.org use email/password sign-in; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. By purchasing a license you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the purchase.

2. License grant — one seat, hardware-bound

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Amazify Pro on one computer per license seat. The license is bound to your machine's hardware fingerprint at activation. You may move your license to a new computer at any time by clicking "Deactivate & release seat" on the License page inside the app, then activating the same key on the new machine. If you lose access to the old machine, email us and we will release the seat manually after verifying ownership.

Each plan includes a publishing-channel quota (Starter: 1 channel, Growth: 5 channels, MAX: unlimited). The channel quota is a lifetime count — connecting a channel consumes a slot permanently, and removing that channel later does not free the slot.

You may not (a) copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law; (b) sublicense, rent, lease, share, or resell the Service or your license key; (c) bypass, disable, or interfere with the licensing system, trial gating, or any security feature; or (d) use the Service to develop a competing product.

3. Free trial

New installations receive a 3-day free trial automatically on first launch — no credit card and no signup required. During the trial you can connect 1 publishing channel and create unlimited videos. When the 3-day window expires, the app gates further use behind license activation until you purchase and activate a paid plan. The trial is offered once per machine.

4. Payment — lifetime licenses & monthly plans

Lifetime licenses — Starter ($199), Growth ($299), and MAX ($399) — are sold as one-time purchases through Paddle. Pricing displayed at checkout includes any applicable taxes. By completing a lifetime purchase you authorise a single, one-time charge to your chosen payment method. Lifetime licenses have no auto-renewal and no recurring charge — once paid, your license is valid for the lifetime of the Service, including updates released within your purchased tier, and we will never charge your payment method again for the same license.

Monthly plans — Starter ($19/month), Growth ($29/month), and MAX ($39/month) — are auto-renewing subscriptions: by subscribing you authorise Paddle to charge the listed monthly amount at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt email or by emailing support@amazifypro.org — cancellation stops all future charges, and your access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

"Lifetime" means the operational lifetime of the Amazify Pro product and the business operating it. If we ever discontinue the product entirely, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and offer either a final installer that runs without server validation or a prorated refund — your choice.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day full refund on every paid plan, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@amazifypro.org within 14 days of your original purchase with your license key or Paddle order ID. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. After the refund is processed your license is deactivated.

6. Acceptable use — Amazon & platform compliance

Amazify Pro automates the production and publishing of affiliate videos. What you publish, and where, remains entirely your responsibility. You agree to:

• Comply with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement (or the equivalent affiliate program terms of any Amazon storefront you use) — including rules on how affiliate links may be presented, where they may be published, and how product data and prices may be displayed. Amazify Pro injects the affiliate tag you configure; keeping that tag and its use compliant is on you.
• Comply with the policies of every platform you publish to — the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the Meta Platform Terms for Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels. Platforms may limit, demonetise, or remove automated or affiliate content at their discretion; that is between you and the platform.
• Make all legally required disclosures — you are solely responsible for disclosing your material connection to Amazon and any other merchant in every video and description where required (for example "#ad", "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases", or the equivalent disclosure demanded by the FTC or your local consumer-protection law and by each platform's branded-content rules).
• Own what you publish — you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights-clearance of every video, thumbnail, caption, and description you publish through the Service.

You agree not to use Amazify Pro to:

• Generate, distribute, or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights;
• Publish false or misleading product claims, fake reviews, or manipulated price information;
• Generate material that violates the usage policies of any AI provider you connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, OpenRouter, LongCat, ElevenLabs, and others);
• Scrape or collect data from any source in a manner that violates applicable law, or evade technical controls beyond the product-research functionality the app provides;
• Spam platforms, artificially inflate engagement, or operate networks of deceptive accounts;
• Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

7. Bring-your-own API keys

Amazify Pro is a bring-your-own-keys product. AI script generation, text-to-speech, thumbnail generation, captions, and avatar features run against API keys you supply (Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, LongCat, ElevenLabs, D-ID, Pexels, Pixabay, and others). Your keys are stored encrypted on your machine and used to call those providers directly from your computer.

• Your use of each provider is governed by that provider's own terms, usage policies, and pricing. Usage charges billed by those providers are yours; we do not bill, meter, or refund them.
• We are not responsible for provider outages, rate limits, model deprecations, pricing changes, or content-policy refusals.
• The built-in Template engine and free engines (such as Edge TTS) are provided as-is and may depend on third-party availability.

8. Generated content, ownership & earnings

You retain full ownership of the videos, scripts, thumbnails, and other output you create through Amazify Pro, subject to the licensing terms of the third-party AI providers and media sources you connect. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not store, transmit, or process it on our servers — generation and rendering happen on your computer, and publishing goes directly from your computer to the platform.

No guarantee of earnings. Amazify Pro is a production tool, not an income program. We make no representation or warranty about views, engagement, affiliate commissions, monetisation eligibility, or revenue of any kind. Any earnings figures shown in marketing materials are illustrations, not promises. Results depend on your niche, content, platforms, and effort.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with services you bring your own credentials to — AI providers, TTS engines, stock-media libraries, and the publishing platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta) you authorize via OAuth. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies, nor for actions they take against your accounts. Payments are handled by Paddle, website accounts by Supabase, and installer downloads by GitHub, each under its own terms.

10. Updates & changes

We may release updates, bug fixes, and new features at our discretion. Some updates may modify or remove features, including where a third-party API we depend on changes or shuts down. We will not remove a core feature you paid for during a then-current monthly term without offering equivalent functionality or a prorated refund.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Warranty & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amazify Pro, Growthency, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or platform accounts, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service — including any suspension, demonetisation, or termination of your Amazon Associates account or any publishing-platform account.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms — for example license-key sharing, attempted fingerprint or trial bypass, fraud, or use of the Service for illegal content. On termination your right to use the Service ends; the refund policy in section 5 still applies if you are within the 14-day window. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
