Refund Policy
Amazify Pro offers a 14-day full refund on every paid plan. No questions asked. No tickets to navigate. Just email us.
Amazify Pro is operated by Growthency. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All prices are listed in USD. You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt email.
We want you to be confident before you spend money. That's why every new install starts with a 3-day free trial (no card, no signup — just download and launch) AND every paid plan still gets a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on top of that. Try the whole pipeline — scrape, script, render, publish — before a single dollar leaves your account. If Amazify Pro doesn't earn its place in your workflow, you get every dollar back.
How the 14-day refund works
- Email support@amazifypro.org within 14 days of your original purchase.
- Include your license key or the order ID from your Paddle receipt.
- You don't need to give a reason. "I changed my mind" is enough.
- We acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- Your license is deactivated and Paddle processes the refund. Money typically lands back on your card or PayPal within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
- Everything you already created stays yours — your videos and projects live on your computer, not our servers.
What's eligible
- Any lifetime license purchase — Starter ($199), Growth ($299), or MAX ($399) — within 14 days of the transaction date.
- The first charge of a monthly plan — Starter ($19), Growth ($29), or MAX ($39) — within 14 days of that charge.
- Plan upgrades within 14 days of the upgrade charge, for the upgrade portion (the difference between tiers).
What's not eligible
- Requests received more than 14 days after the charge date.
- Accounts that have abused the licensing system (e.g., key sharing, attempted fingerprint or trial bypass).
- Third-party costs you incurred outside Amazify Pro itself — e.g., AI API usage billed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Groq, OpenRouter, LongCat, or ElevenLabs, or fees charged by any platform. We don't bill those, so we can't refund them. Manage those services directly with the providers.
Monthly renewals
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. The first monthly charge is fully covered by the 14-day refund above. Refunds on renewal charges are handled case by case and may be prorated at our discretion — and a renewal taken in error (for example, after you asked to cancel) is always refunded in full. Cancelling stops all future charges and your access runs to the end of the already-paid period.
Free trial — what happens if you don't buy
If you simply don't activate a license after the 3-day free trial ends, you owe us nothing — no card was ever collected. The app gates itself behind the license page. Your projects and rendered videos remain on your computer; uninstalling Amazify Pro removes the app but leaves your output folders alone.
Lifetime licenses vs monthly plans
Lifetime licenses (Starter / Growth / MAX) are one-time purchases — no subscription to cancel and no renewal to worry about. A refund within 14 days reverses the original charge and deactivates your license. After 14 days the license stays active for the lifetime of the product regardless — you don't need to do anything to "keep" it.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt email or by emailing support@amazifypro.org.
Disputed transactions
Please email us first before filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute — we'd much rather refund you directly. Chargebacks cost us fees and may result in your license being permanently banned, even though we would have happily refunded you on request.
