Business hours

We work Monday–Friday, 09:00–22:00 UTC. Weekends are slower — typically a 12 to 24 hour turnaround on non-urgent threads. Email lands in our queue 24/7; you'll get a confirmation auto-reply instantly, then a real reply within the windows above.

No phone, no chatbot. We run support entirely through email so every conversation is written, searchable, and the same person who replied to message 1 sees message 7. If your case genuinely needs a call (rare), we can schedule one after the initial email triage.

What to include for the fastest reply

The faster we know what's happening, the faster we fix it. If you're emailing about a technical issue, include these five things:

  1. Your license key — or the Paddle order ID from your receipt (or say you're on the free trial).
  2. Your Amazify Pro version — visible at the bottom of the sidebar inside the app (e.g. "v1.0.6").
  3. What you were trying to do — one or two sentences, and which pipeline step failed (scrape, script, narration, render, thumbnail, publish).
  4. The exact error message — copied as text, or a screenshot of the job log inside the project view.
  5. What you've already tried — save us asking "have you tried restarting?" three replies in.

Quick answers before you email

Most of what people email us about is one of these five. Read first — save yourself a round trip.

I bought a plan, where's my license key?

Paddle emails the receipt within 1–2 minutes of purchase and your license key follows by email within a few minutes after that. If 15 minutes pass and you still don't see either, check spam / promotions, then email support@amazifypro.org with your order ID and we'll resend manually.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — every paid plan includes a full 14-day refund, no questions asked. Email us your license key, we deactivate the license, and Paddle processes the refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Will a lifetime license ever charge me again?

No. Lifetime plans (Starter $199, Growth $299, MAX $399) are one-time purchases — no subscription, no auto-renewal, no recurring charge. Only the monthly plans ($19/$29/$39) renew each month, and you can cancel those anytime from the Paddle customer portal.

Can I move my license to a new computer?

Yes. One license = one PC, but moving is self-serve: open Amazify Pro on the current PC → License page → click "Deactivate & release seat", then activate the same key on your new computer. No extra cost, no waiting. Lost access to the old machine? Email us and we'll release the seat manually.

Do I need to buy AI credits from you?

No — Amazify Pro is bring-your-own-keys. You connect your own AI providers (Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, LongCat, ElevenLabs and more) and pay them directly for usage. The built-in Template engine and Edge TTS voices work free with no keys at all. Your keys are stored encrypted on your machine, never on our servers.
